Product exchanges and returns can be made within less than two weeks if the product shows no signs of use:

They must present the respective labels, packaging and, if applicable, the original documents and accessories that have been delivered with them. If the product does not meet all these requirements, the exchange or return of products may be refused.

If you do not want any product that is available, you can opt for a voucher to spend on purchases at Drope’s online store or receive a refund of the money after sending the product(s) back.


The commercial prizes and sweepstakes given through our social networks are free of commercial value and any kind of guarantee, no exchanges or refunds are accepted.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

In case of receiving an incorrect article, we ask you to send it back with the exchange card (which goes inside all orders) duly filled with the information of the desired bikini.

You can also contact us through our email so that we can exchange it.


All Drope products go through quality control in advance. However, in case of receipt of a defective item, we ask you to send an e-mail with a photo of proof, so that we can proceed with the evaluation and subsequent exchange or return of the product.

The return of defective products does not imply any additional costs for the User.

The time limit for exchanges and returns is two weeks from receipt of the product.
The User may choose the same product, or a different product within the same values.

If the product is not available, we can return the amount through the respective payment method.
