Policy of exchanges and returns of products

Exchanges and returns of orders placed in the DROPE online shop are accepted within 15 consecutive days (this period starts from the moment the carrier delivers the parcel to the customer or a third person, other than the carrier, indicated by the customer). The items must be delivered in the same condition as they were sent, with their labels, packaging and, where appropriate, original documents and accessories. If the product does not fulfil all these requirements or is damaged, washed, worn, odoured or in any way damaged by incorrect use, the exchange or return will be refused.

In the event that the customer does not want any of the products that are available, they can choose to get a voucher (2 years) via our email [email protected] to use in our online shop or receive a refund, after receiving the product(s) back, which is done within a maximum of 15 consecutive days.

Shipping costs for items to be exchanged or returned are borne by the customer, except in exceptional cases (error in the order or defective item). However, the subsequent dispatch of the exchange item is the responsibility of the brand.

DROPE is not responsible for the incorrect use of its items or for washing them improperly. We recommend that you follow the washing instructions in the "Care and Composition" section.

Exchange Procedure

To make an exchange you have 15 calendar days from receipt of the order. That said, simply send the item you wish to exchange together with the exchange card (sent with the order) to the sender's address and fill in the following details:

1 - The item and size you wish to receive

Please check in advance that the item you wish to exchange is available on our website. If the item requested for exchange is out of stock, we will contact you via email and you can choose to buy another item immediately, return it or receive a voucher. If you choose to exchange the size of just one piece, you don't need to send the whole set. However, we do not exchange an individual piece for another model, as we only sell the set.

2 - The name used for the purchase and the order number

As soon as the order is received at our premises, it will go through quality control and we will then send the product(s) requested on the exchange card (sent with the order) to the shipping address initially indicated within 5 working days. If you wish to exchange for an item of a lower value, you will receive a voucher for the difference by email.

If the new item is of a higher value than the previous one, you will be asked to pay the difference in value between the items. In this context, we will send you the available payment methods so that you can pay the difference between the items.

The exchange will be processed to the original shipping address as soon as we receive proof of payment via email.

With regard to exchanges to non-EU countries, Drope is not responsible for delays or costs associated with customs, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Procedure

To make a return, you have 15 calendar days from receipt of the order to send the complete set to the sender's address. You must indicate inside the parcel that you wish to return it, as well as your IBAN, the name used for the purchase and the parcel number.

Refunds are made within 10 working days of receipt of the order at our premises and are made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that returned items must be accompanied by their original accessories, as mentioned above.

Commercial prizes and sweepstakes

Commercial prizes and sweepstakes offered through our social networks are exempt from commercial value and any type of guarantee, and no exchanges or returns are accepted.
