Policy of exchanges and returns of products
Product exchanges and returns can be made within 15 days, if the product shows no signs of use:
Must present the respective labels, packaging and, if applicable, the original documents and accessories that were delivered with them. If the product does not meet all of these requirements, the exchange or return of products may be refused.
If you do not want any product that is available, you may choose a voucher to spend on purchases in drope’s online store or to receive a refund after the product(s) have been shipped back.
The shipping costs of sending items for exchange or return are borne by the customer, with exceptions provided (error in the order or defective item). However, the subsequent shipping of the exchange item is the responsibility of the brand.
Commercial prizes and raffles
Commercial prizes and raffles given through our social networks have no commercial value and no warranty of any kind, and no exchanges or refunds are accepted.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
If you receive an incorrect item, we ask that you send it back with the exchange card (found in all orders) properly filled out with the information of the bikini you want.
You can also contact us through our email email@example.com so that we can exchange it.
Returns due to manufacturing defects
All drope’s articles pass previously by quality control. However, in the case of receiving a defective item, we ask that you send an email with a photo as proof, so that we can proceed to the evaluation and subsequent exchange or return of the product.
The return of products with manufacturing defects does not imply any additional costs for the user.
The time limit for exchanges and returns is two weeks from the moment of receipt of the product.
You may choose the same or a different product at the same price.
If the product is not available, we may proceed to refund the amount through the respective means of payment.
