Can I buy a top and a bottom in different sizes or models?
Our bikinis are only sold as a set, so it is not possible to purchase any of the pieces individually. However, you can buy different sizes for each part.
Will out-of-stock articles be replaced?
If an article is marked "out of stock" we will try to make it available again. It may become available again in the case of a return. If you would like to be notified immediately by email as soon as we restock, simply select the sizes you require on the product page, enter your e-mail address in the space provided and then "add to waiting list”.
How can I confirm that my order has been placed correctly?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email, to the email address you selected with a summary of your purchase. If you do not receive the email within 24 hours after your purchase and it is not in your Spam box, there may have been an anomaly. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected].
Can I delete an item from my order?
Yes. Before finalising your order, you can always remove or add new items to your shopping cart.
Can I change/cancel my order?
Yes. If you have already placed your order, the order is still being processed and you would like to make any changes or cancel it, please contact us at [email protected].
Once the order has been shipped, it is not possible to cancel it or make any changes to it. In this situation, you can consult the exchanges and returns section to find out how to proceed.
How do I proceed if I receive an incorrect item?
We really apologise for what happened! In view of the above, please contact us at [email protected].
How do I proceed if I receive a faulty product?
All Drope items go through quality control first, however, if you receive a faulty item, we apologise for what has happened and ask you to send us an an email to [email protected] with the order number and a photo so that we can assess the item.
We will contact you as soon as possible so that the problem can be resolved.
If the product is faulty we have the following options:
- We will immediately exchange the product and the return of the defective piece to our premises must be within 15 consecutive days and has no associated cost to the customer.
- If the item is not in stock, you can choose another model or a voucher for the value of the item and the shipping is at no cost to the customer.
If you do not want any of the above options and choose to return the item, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Will I receive the same item I see in the photo?
The photographs provided on our website are of a high quality with the aim of to be as detailed as possible on each item presented.
We would like to remind you that devices may have different shades for the which may slightly affect the correspondence with reality.

How to launder Drope swimwear?
Wash bikinis and swimsuits by hand, insulated and in cold water only, using neutral soap. and lay flat to dry.
Care to be taken
- We recommend washing before first use (following the instructions above).
- Avoid contact with lotions and oils to avoid damaging the piece.
- Lay the item out in the shade to avoid fading.
- Be especially careful with the high chlorine content of swimming pools as it can affect the colour of the lycra.
- Remove excess water carefully rather than wringing it out.
- Do not rub the item.
- Do not use a washing machine, tumble dryer or iron.
- Avoid rubbing against rough surfaces.
- Do not soak your piece and do not store it damp.
Drope is not responsible for the incorrect use and washing of products.
Take the utmost care of your piece!
Jewellery
Our jewellery can change over time if not worn correctly and with care of them.
We recommend that you take the following precautions:
- Avoid contact with water, humidity and chemicals (such as perfumes, make-up, lotions, etc.);
- Remove all items at the end of the day;
- Store the jewellery in its original bag, protected from sunlight and heat;
- Avoid wearing the items while exercising;
- Clean the pieces with a soft cloth before storing them, as perspiration and the skin's pH can alter the original characteristics.
Remember that contact with salt water and chlorine can damage the jewellery and reduce its durability.
