What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free worldwide. Customs fees for shipments outside the European Union are borne by the customer.

How long does it take for my parcel to arrive?

Mainland Portugal and Spain: 1-2 working days
Islands and rest of the world: 2-10 working days

We will endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. However, these delivery times are approximate, as we can't guarantee that there won't be occasional delays in delivery services.

We will send you the tracking code for your parcel by email so that you can keep track of its dispatch.

Where can I pick up my order?

The parcel will be sent to the address you selected during purchase. In the event of an absence, the carrier will contact the customer to arrange a new delivery.

What payment methods are available?

We have the following payment methods available: ATM, MBway, credit card visa, mastercard, paypal, klarna and amex.

All payments to Drope are processed securely. Your credit card number and other paypal login details are protected. Drope does not have any access to your credit card or paypal account information.

Your financial institution may charge international transaction fees, for which we are not responsible.

We recommend that you pay using the paypal method if you do not wish to pay international transaction fees, as it will charge you in your local currency.

Vouchers

Our customers can choose to purchase a voucher, via our email [email protected], valid for 2 years on our website. This is not returnable after purchase.
